Summary

As an ex pro footballer soccer is was and still my life, back then as a player nowdays as a coach. In saying that I still feel such a great passion and love to the game. Approach and motivation was never questioned as player back then as well as a coach now. There is always motivation to get better, to learn and improve my skills and knowledge to the game. Having said that approach is maximally professional in order to deliver the best to the players as well as friendly to create strong relationship and trust with the players. As biggest challenge and motivation would be to see the players who I am working with to improve and get better on/off the pitch during the time that we spend together in training.

About Coach

As a coach I was always striving to attacking and possession style of football with dominance in ball control and creating chances with emphasis on playing out from the back and thorough build up process through the lines of the team. In saying that as a number one priority would be developing the players technically as well as tactically in order to play required style of football.

As a player I would mention more than 10 years professional career overseas in Serbia and Bosnia in top division clubs as well as playing more than 50 game for all youth national selection of Bosnia and Herzegovina such as U17s, U19s, U21s, whether official games or friendly, as well as 3 apps for " B " senior national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a coaching experience worth of saying is full time role for almost 5 years in Futbal First academy/Forest Hill college as well as several years coaching role in JBNPL side Springvale White Eagles having coached U12s, U15s, U 16s & U18s teams. On beside of that more than 4 years involved in futsal coaching, East City futsal club

An average session include pre-activation/prehab phase including rubber bands and activation warm up with & without a ball. Also there is a big emphasis on footwork & coordination stuff in some basic as well as an advance cognitive drills. As a part of the regular sessions there are loads of passing drills, basic and more advance, with emphasis on 1st directional touch, short and long distance passing including awareness through the drills. Beside of that there is big part of shooting drills with heaps of different variations depending on player request or need. Of course there are the other soccer components such as dealing with aerial balls, crossing , attacking & defending phase etc. Basically the sessions are mainly created in communication with the players and their request and demands on what they want to work on. However, as an ex player the whole idea is to share and transfer my own experience/knowledge to the players the best way possible
