About Coach

The philosophy that I take into coaching is the same in which I take into life. I believe nothing comes easy, the only way to achieve your dreams is to invest in yourself. I wish to educate young players the values of hard work, resilience and most importantly happiness. If you are not happy you cannot preform your best. I deliver skills and techniques to cope with good and bad sessions, as well as the skills to ensure physical performance matches the psychological performance.

I began my career playing local in Melbourne, I then went on to captain the stat team from 11 years old until 13. At the age of 13 I moved over to Portugal where I was scouted from S.L Benfica I played here for 3 years before signing my first pro deal at Willem II in the Dutch Eredivisie (Netherlands). I signed for 4 years in the Netherlands. The end of my contract offered me the opportunity in the A league at Central Coast Mariners, unfortunately due to injury my time here was short. I returned to Melbourne during COVID where I captained the reserves of Melbourne victory. I am currently residing in Portugal with a couple opportunities still to be finalised in the 2nd or 3rd professional divisions here. Along side football, I have experience working as a qualified fitness trainer. I am currently completing my undergraduate in Psychological Sciences where I wish to master in High performance psychology through Swinburne University of Technology Online.

I wish to deliver three main types of training -
1 - Consists of life coaching, a typical session would be 30 minutes of talking over training schedules, games and school or work commitments. Where I would work with individuals on how to plan training weeks and time management. As well as career advice/dealing with setbacks all via Skype/zoom or FaceTime.
2 - Would be 1 on 1 virtual technical or fitness sessions. I will take the individual through 30 minutes of technical work with the ball. In the case of fitness sessions depending of the individuals access to equipment I would carry out a 45 minute gym session ranging from plyometrics to strength training. I wish to offer training programs which pre recorded or written down.
3 - Final session will be game analytics, the individual can send through videos of their matches and I will conduct a report, breaking down game moments where the player can improve according to playing position, technical ability and game intensity.
