My career with Boxing commenced at 15 years old overseas, training and becoming a professional boxer at the age of 25 years old.
Firstly, understanding what the client wants to achieve out of the session; whether it is for fitness, increase skill level, or agility or speed. This is achieved through discussion with the client as well as understanding the client history, injuries or capabilities. Ensuring the client is always safe with warm ups/cool downs, enjoyment of the session as well as providing variety in the sessions to ensure the client is not only achieving their goal but also motivated.
