’To develop players and teams with a winning mentality through a holistic approach to training and games using the 4 pillars of development Technical, Tactical, Mental and Physical components of players which will be underpinned by the teams in fluid transition moments and structured play. Players will develop or have a discipline to follow the team model and club philosophy but play with a curiosity and create flair allowing their inner maverick coming out in the attacking moments of the game. This will be shown through the team culture developed through respect and emotional intelligence to supporting one another to develop togetherness and competitive mentality’’

Brian hails from Ireland, a former professional footballer who is currently working as Director of Football/1st team head coach at Onehunga Mangere United Football Club and is Hamilton Wanderers FC Ladies 1st team Coach and Director of Peak Football Ltd. Brian holds Asian Football Confederation B Licence, Oceania Football Confederation B Licence and he is currently working on his OFC A Licence. Brian has played for clubs like Port Vale (England), St Patricks Athletic (Ireland), DPMM FC (Brunei), Springvale White Eagles (Australia) and of Eastern Suburbs here in New Zealand.

Average session last between 50 - 60 mins working on core skills such as Technique – ball control, dribbling skills, passing accuracy, body control and finishing. Game intelligence – spatial awareness, positional awareness, tactical knowledge, risk assessment and of course Physical fitness – endurance, balance. coordination, speed, agility, quickness, strength and power.
