About Coach
My philosophy is to train each player to firstly believe in themselves and their ability. My goals are to encourage players to push themselves to their full potential while enjoying what they are doing. I work with players to help them see the fun in the game and the joy and benefits of training to become the player they wish to be.
My playing career spend from playing at a semi professional level to now just enjoying community football.
My coaching career started from the Caribbean, them moving to the US where I coached you and women soccer at a college level.
At this present moment I coached Women Premier League in Brisbane. Over the years I have coached from youth development, to senior women and men.
My average session is based on the client requirements and also based on the assessment done with the player on our first session.
We will either work on passing, position awareness, shooting, ball control, speed etc.
