Summary
My sessions are very technical, working on scenarios that would happen in a game.
I tend to work on things players are good at, as much as the things they need to focus a little more on.
I like to have a structure in place for each session. Each session is exciting for players with a lot of active work as I find keeping the intensity of a session most beneficial for players.

About Coach
My coaching philosophy is: I am a firm believer that if you have knowledge pass it on to those who do not. I also believe that playing sports as a child not only builds character and confidence but also gives a sense of accomplishment. It also prepares children for life, teaching them about working as a team or as a team player, not as an individual. I also feel it can bring a child out of his/her shell or shyness.
I started playing at high level soccer for Arsenal Ladies at 9 years old through to 14. I went to Chelsea for 2 years and then back to Arsenal Ladies. Unfortunately a bad injury took me to playing semi professionally at Stevenage ladies and Tottenham ladies until I was 20.
The sessions with me will be intense and I do expect a high energy. I keep all my players sessions fairly similar but like to add progressions depending on the level of the player. However, I do keep sessions fairly similar whether I have grass root players or pro players in my session.
