Summary

I am a coach that would like to develop the whole person who is able to use football as an activity to be more involved in the communities they are with to become better citizens.
I am motivated to progress the individual athlete based on skills and their personal goals for long-term participation and engagement so it is a life commitment they enjoy from football skill development to lifelong community relationships.

About Coach

My coaching style is to be FAIR, Flexible for the player`s needs, Accessible so it is easy to train and practice, Inclusive so their goals, specific life considerations are considered and Recognised, so the progress we make it measured and visible.
I like to develop players holistically so all the keys skills
1. First Touch
2. Striking the ball
3. Running the ball
4. 1 vs 1
With the attacking and defending principles in mind and developing the athlete`s relevant physical literacies so they enjoy learning more activities.

I have been a footballer for more than 12 years. I have been a player in local associations, regional school leagues, and university competitions. I am also a qualified referee and officiated for all ages with over 200 game match experience. I have coached schools from

1. Eastern Suburbs Football Association: Maroubra United
2. AAGPS: Sydney Boys
3. CAS: Trinity Grammar
4: NSFA: Lindfield Football Club
5: Coachable

Qualifications
1. Football Australia C Youth and Senior Licence
2. Football Australia Level 2 Theory/Level 3 Assessor
3. Athletics Australia Level 2 Recreational running coach
4. NESA Mathematics Teacher (Provisional)

I would like to focus on one principle, one skill, and one aspect of the whole development plan so the player has more skills to be able to play on the field and be chosen for teams they aspire to play.
