Summary

I'm very lenient and can correlate with young players because I am young myself. I always look to improve on the weaknesses and try teach football in a strategics and clever way. There's a lot of mind work to the game also added with the physical aspect too, so I improve a player to become complete and confident with their football abilities.

About Coach

I want to build confidence with the players, confidence is a huge part of football. 1 on 1 sessions will improve skills regardless, club training will build skills. But improving confidence within the game is a separate skill which is hard to come by, but once a player gets it, they'll be on the right pathway on unleashing their true potential. Confidence building is a huge asset that I offer through the game of football, I'm a people's person and I vow to get the best out of people especially the young ones. Confidence leads to more willingness of learning new things for the game.

I played for various clubs around Melbourne. I played NPL youth at St Albans Saints before moving to USA for college football/soccer, I've stopped playing soccer and moved back to Melbourne due to family reasons but that's why I've shifted into coaching. Coaching wise, I used to be with SEDA and go around to primary schools in Melbourne coaching primary school students, I've also been helping out coaching with juniors for clubs such as Western Eagles and Brimbank in the past.

An average sessions will go for 30 minutes, we will go through drills but first I will have a consultation with the parents to go through what their child needs to improve on.
