About Coach

My coaching philosophy is a mix of a player-centered approach and a game sense approach. Especially, my coaching approach is solely focused on youth players as they tend to lose concentration easily. As repeating the same sessions, the outcomes will be remaining the same and they are boring as well. So, I think adapting and innovating new approaches will enhance the player’s performance.

While working with Community Soccer hub, I organized and managed a wide range of youth players and teams from the age of 8 to 18 years old while implementing suitable programs and sessions in line with the needs of players.

my average session is based on the client requirements and after the first training, it will be based on what the client wants to achieve and what the client needs in the future.
