I coach players who are honest, humble passionate, team focused and who love to play. Together we grow and improved in our performance, develop our personalities, responsibility and increase confidence.
With different sport backgrounds I can sympathize with players. As a former international level athlete from Spain, I can teach my players how to handle pressure and overcome any obstacle, with this experience I am also able to understand players feelings and help them to be motivated. On the other hand, as a soccer player for four years at Australian community level, state 2, I can adapt sessions on what the athletes want to achieve through their participation in their sport.
Played at Semi -professional level in Spain and Australia as well as involved for more than 5 years in Head Coaching in Women, Men and juniors. I also have 3 years experience as a strength and conditioning coach.
In my Sessions I would help players learn the correct Technic, movement, intensity and game understanding to play the game.The average session time is between 45 minutes to 60 minutes for youth players. Sessions are normally tailored to the players age and ability and specific areas that they want to focus n be they strengths or weaknesses.

4. Challenge based exercises ie. reaching goals
